1. CROSSRC BC8 is equipped with a specially customized 560 enhanced high-torque brushed motor to provide strong power output. At the same time, it is equipped with 10T steel teeth as standard, and the original factory supports 3 LIPO batteries. With 14T steel teeth (flagship version delivery), it can bring a violent and high-speed driving experience. In order to maintain the stable and continuous power output of the motor, BC8 is also specially equipped with a motor cooling fan.
2. CROSSRC BC8 adopts a full-vehicle independent suspension system, the front steering drive wheel is a four-set high-strength torsion spring shock absorption system, and the rear wheel is a balance beam suspension system. This design not only improves the stability and off-road capability of the vehicle, but also brings a realistic walking posture and driving experience.
3. CROSSRC BC8 is equipped with a newly developed simulated giant off-road mammoth tire with a diameter of 135mm and a width of 48mm. 1. CROSSRC BC8 specially customized a metal special-shaped beam with a thickness of 3mm, which is finely processed by CNC numerical control machinery. Each set of crossbeams and four sets of integrated floor armor build a solid backbone of BC8 to protect the body from damage.
2. The eight sets of upper and lower swing arms and connection kits of CROSSRC BC8 8×8 drive are injection molded by carbon-reinforced nylon. The flagship version is upgraded to a full set of metal CNC independent suspension components to ensure the stability and durability of the vehicle in harsh terrain.
3. CROSSRC BC8 8×8 drive comes standard with a full-vehicle intelligent linkage light group, and also has a dashboard backlight and interior reading light, which enhances the simulation experience. At the same time, the dual-axis steering structure, remote control linkage steering, and metal servo brackets and steering mechanisms ensure smooth and effective steering and convenient adjustment.
4. CROSSRC BC8 8×8 drive frame is equipped with a full metal double-axle heavy-duty traction seat and metal traction guide rails. CROSSRC BC8 Assembly Instructions：
1. Always perform painting and gluing of body parts in a well-ventilated area and wear a protective mask.
2. Pay attention to adhesive selection during assembly: Use ABS-specific cement for the ABS body shell. For acrylic windows and light lenses, use a low-corrosion clear adhesive or model-specific cement.
3. Before gluing ABS plastic parts, clean the bonding surfaces thoroughly. Ensure no paint is present on the surfaces. Apply ABS cement to both parts and hold them under pressure for 10 seconds to ensure a strong bond.
4. Conduct a dry-fit assembly of body parts before gluing or painting to determine the correct sequence of operations.
5. Refer to page 63 of the manual for the electronic wiring diagram. Perform power system testing only when the wheels are off the ground.
6. This is a high-precision model kit requiring technical experience and over 60 hours of assembly time. Please read this manual thoroughly before starting and follow the instructions precisely.
7. Threadlocker is required during assembly. Important: Prevent any contact between threadlocker and the body shell parts. Threadlocker can cause a chemical reaction with ABS material, leading to brittleness and cracking.
8. It is recommended to use tools designed for model building. Always observe proper tool safety during assembly.
