Lite Flat Bands are the easy ones — the lightest pull on the rack, built for BBs and 1/4" steel. The draw is gentle enough that almost anyone can shoot them comfortably, which makes them a favorite for new shooters, young shooters, and relaxed backyard or indoor plinking.

One of the best ways to train. Small ammo and a featherlight pull make these ideal for practice — light rounds fly fast and flat, so you can run drill after drill, sharpen your accuracy, and keep going for hours with zero muscle fatigue. For a lot of shooters, that's the single most valuable thing a light band does.
